Dear all, the registration for the University Hall "3366" Anniversaries Dinner has been a success!  Registration is now closed and we must thank you our brothers for the tremendous support.  Further details including the club rules/ etiquette would be announced soon but, as a teaser, we can say that there will be an auction for U-Hall related vehicle registration plates and sale of U-Hall souvenirs.  Please stay tuned and get ready for 12 November!

Invitation to University Hall “3366” Anniversaries Dinner, Saturday, 12th November, 2022

In 2022, University Hall celebrates its 66th Anniversary and University Hall Alumni Limited marks its 33rd Anniversary. University Hall was born when the first batch of students settled down in the old building of Douglas Castles at a hilltop in Pokfulam in 1956 and they called themselves “Castlers”. University Hall Alumni Limited was formed in 1989 to foster the long-lived spirit of University Hall - thought of unity, sense of belonging and will of dedication. “33” and “66” are auspicious in Chinese culture which imply eternity and infinity. Let us celebrate this remarkable year and inherit our spirit eternally and infinitely. IPA IPA LA LA LA!

You are cordially invited to join the University Hall “3366” Anniversaries Dinner, which will be held at The Hong Kong Club, 1 Jackson Road, Central, on Saturday, 12th November, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

With the restriction of maximum participants in a single banquet, to accommodate as many brothers as possible, we have made a special arrangement to reserve 1/F and 4/F at the premises. Seating plan will be announced by the organizing committee of University Hall “3366” Anniversaries Dinner.

University Hall Alumni Limited and Organizing Committee of University Hall “3366” Anniversaries Dinner

On 18 Feb 2023, the University Hall Students' Association (UHSA) held the traditional "Bai Sun" (拜神) event and Chinese New Year dinner at Hall. "Bai Sun" started first in the afternoon with Sam So's (三嫂) daughter, Rachel, leading current hallmates and alumni in paying tribute to deities and making best wishes for our U-Hall family. Next, the group enjoyed a sumptuous "poon choi" (盤菜) dinner with loud cheers and laughter circling the Dining Hall. In addition to Rachel, the joyous occasion was graced by revered guests such as retired hall staff who served the Hall tirelessly for decades. The evening ended with the new UHSA cabinet introducing themselves to the alumni (over 40 in numbers) and promising to take U-Hall to new heights. We have every confidence that they will do so with our support!
